Surely the first inspiration for this research project is the Advanced Master in Human Settlements (MaHS) from KU Leuven in Belgium.

It was during her studies in this programme in the school year 2017-2018 that Clara Medina G started learning and researching about Social Innovation, transdisciplinary research, multilevel and collaborative governance. It was also thanks to this programme that she got in contact with different initiatives, strategies and perspectives from the Flemish context and where she started the qualitative research on on.going initiatives in the contemporary Madrid.

Learn more about Clara’s experience at the MaHS programme in this post from her personal blog (in Spanish).
